The next London Singers’ Collective event will be Celebrating Women in Classical Music, taking place at 7pm on 16th June at the National Opera Studio.

This is a co-production between the London Singers’ Collective, London Arts Seed Partners, and EMPOWER: Women Changing Music, and will feature five exceptional young artists working in the industry, and one of London’s finest student choirs:

Lilly Vadaneaux, composer & pianist

Olivia Shotton, conductor

Sinéad Walsh, flute & co-director of EMPOWER

Hannah Seymour, oboe & co-director of EMPOWER

Philippa Boyle, soprano

The University of London Chamber Choir

The first-half will showcase the music of Lilly Vadaneaux, and the second-half will be a panel discussion amongst the performers on the topic of ‘Celebrating the opportunities and challenges of the music industry through the female lens’. This discussion will be moderated by Sinéad Walsh and Hannah Seymour from EMPOWER.
