Surrey Heath Singers is a choir of up to 75 members, in normal times. We stage at least three concerts each year – often with professional soloists. What we all share is a love of music, singing and friendship. Our repertoire is varied and often challenging which gives us a great sense of achievement when we get it right! Mostly we perform the works of the great choral composers but we also embrace music from the lighter end of the spectrum performing pieces by Bernstein, Cole Porter and Lloyd Webber.

How we evolved | Friends of SHS | Sponsors & Grants
In 1986 two well-established local choirs (Camberley Choral and France Hill) came together to form Surrey Heath Choral Society. Over the years, we have developed our desire to appeal to a wider audience and encourage members of all ages and abilities. We are enjoying working with our new MD, Ed Bonner.
The choir has formed an association with local schools and with Frimley Park Hospital and is increasingly in demand to sing at private, civic and business functions throughout the borough.
To reflect these and our continuing development, we changed our name in September 2013 to Surrey Heath Singers and updated our image with a fresh new logo, website and concert wear. Surrey Heath Singers is a Registered Charity no. 1179358 under the name of Surrey Heath Choral CIO.
Two key people in our rehearsals and concerts are our Musical Director, Ed Bonner (from November 2020) and our accompanist, Geoffrey Tuson, to whom we are very grateful for their hard work and support in helping us achieve our aims.
